I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 2015 No. 498 "About approval of Rules of equipment of processing lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic products survey meters of accounting, their functioning and implementation of accounting, except wine material production, and also beer and beer drink which production capacities are lower than four hundred thousand decalitres a year" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12219) the following changes:

to state heading of the order in the following edition:

"About approval of Rules of equipment of processing lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic products survey meters of accounting, their functioning and implementation of accounting, except production of wine in bulk, and also brewing products which production capacities are lower than four hundred thousand decalitres a year";

to state preamble of the order in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 5) of Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" I ORDER:";

to state Item 1 of the order in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of equipment of processing lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic products by survey meters of accounting, their functioning and implementation of accounting, except production of wine in bulk, and also brewing products which production capacities are lower than four hundred thousand decalitres a year.";

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2022 and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of equipment of processing lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic products survey meters of accounting, their functioning and implementation of accounting, except production of wine in bulk, and also brewing products which production volume below four hundred thousand decalitres a year (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 4) of Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (further - the Law) for the purpose of ensuring control of production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.

2. Survey meters of accounting (further – the KPU) equip processing lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic products, except production of wine in bulk, and also brewing products which production capacities are lower than four hundred thousand decalitres a year.

3. The KPU is integrated with processing lines of production by the methods which are not allowing production of unaccounted products.

4. The operator of data of the KPU provides online the automated transfer to authorized body and its territorial subdivisions of data of the KPU.
