About implementation of share issue of additional releases

For the purpose of protection of economic interests of the state:

1. Determine that:

the open joint stock companies specified in appendix (further – open joint stock companies), till December 31, 2022 have the right to perform in accordance with the established procedure share issue of the additional releases (further, unless otherwise specified, – shares) at the expense of equity on cash amount allocated from the regional budget of the Brest region in 2019-2020, the regional budget and budgets of administrative and territorial units of the Vitebsk region in 2018-2021, the regional budget of the Gomel region in 2011-2016 for construction (reconstruction, upgrade) of production facilities;

the number of shares of open joint stock company is calculated as the attitude of the amount of the allocated money towards nominal value of one share of open joint stock company. In case of obtaining as a result of calculation of fractional number of shares open joint stock companies direct to increase in authorized fund equity in the amount of, necessary for bringing number of shares to the next integer;

share placing is performed by their transfer into the ownership of the corresponding administrative and territorial units;

in case of absence at open joint stock companies of equity increase (education) in shares of administrative and territorial units in their authorized funds is performed since 2023 and in the years ahead in the presence of equity;

in case of reorganization of open joint stock companies share issue (formation (increase) of share of the state in authorized capital of open joint stock company) the legal successor of the reorganized open joint stock company, except for has the right to perform reorganization in the form of transformation to the state unitary enterprise;

reorganization of open joint stock companies in the form of separation and allocation before implementation of share issue by them can be performed with the consent of the relevant regional executive committees.
