RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2009 No. 983 and of April 1, 2014 No. 298

Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2021 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 325

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2009 No. 983 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2009 No. 265":

in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Grant the right to the Ministry of Architecture to explain the questions connected using this resolution.";

in Regulations on the procedure for financing of construction, including designing, objects of engineering and transport infrastructure for areas (quarters) of the housing estate approved by this resolution:

the second Item 1 to state part in the following edition:

"Action of this provision does not extend on:

the objects of engineering infrastructure (gas pipelines) provided to construction based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 368 "About measures for regulation of the relations in case of gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens";

objects of engineering infrastructure (distribution networks of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) provided to construction based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 488 "About construction of networks of water supply, water disposal (sewerage)";

objects of engineering infrastructure (distribution power networks) provided to construction based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2021 No. 381 "About construction of distribution power networks".";
