About procedure for financing and development of the project documentation, construction of facilities of engineering and transport infrastructure for areas (quarters) of the housing estate

Based on Item 7 of article 120 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for financing of development of the project documentation, construction of facilities of engineering and transport infrastructure for areas (quarters) of the housing estate (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for development of the project documentation, construction in areas (quarters) of the individual housing estate (are applied).

1-1. Grant the right to the Ministry of Architecture to explain the questions connected using this resolution.

2. To republican state bodies, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.
