Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2009 No. 983 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2009 No. 265" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 186, 5/30242; 2011, No. 25, 5/33373; No. 65, 5/33881; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.07.2012, 5/36036; 03:04. 2013, 5/37072) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 1:
in the paragraph the second:
words "designings, constructions and reconstruction" shall be replaced with words "constructions, including designings,";
after the word of "areas" to add the paragraph with the word of "(quarters)";
word in paragraph three "designings and constructions" and "farmstead" to replace respectively with words "constructions, including designings," and "(quarters) individual";
1.2. To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for financing of designing, construction and reconstruction of objects of engineering and transport infrastructure for areas of the housing estate approved by this resolution it (is applied);
1.3. in Regulations on the procedure for designing and construction of facilities in areas of the farmstead housing estate approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word "designings and constructions" and "farmstead" to replace respectively with words "constructions, including designings," and "(quarters) individual";
