About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1/2013 about approval of the amount of payments for implementation of supervision of maintenance of conditions of certification by Body of civil aviation

Based on part (9) article 8 of the Aviation code of the Republic of Moldova No. 301/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 189), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1/2013 about approval of the amount of payments for implementation of supervision of maintenance of conditions of certification by Body of civil aviation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 6-9, 39) to make the following changes:

1) in acceptance formula the text "For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (5) article 6 of the Law on civil aviation No. 1237-XIII of July 9, 1997 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 98-99, 292)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "Based on part (9) article 8 of the Aviation code of the Republic of Moldova No. 301/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 189)";

In paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "performing transportation of goods" shall be replaced with words 2) "performing activities".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
