Bring in the Procedure guardianship and custody bodies of the activities connected with protection of the rights of the child, No. 866 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 "Questions of the activities of guardianship and custody bodies connected with protection of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 76, Art. 2561; 2014, No. 93, Art. 2684; 2016, No. 93, the Art. 3041), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2022 No. 349, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure by guardianship and custody bodies of the activities connected with protection of the rights of the child

1. "Based on subitems 11 and 12 of Item 24" to add the subitem 13 of Item 27 after words and figures with words and figures "and Item 79-2";

2. Add the Procedure with Items 79-1 - 79-3 following of content:

"79-1.
