I ORDER:

1. 2. To provide to legal management of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure for the Republic of Kazakhstan established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Establish effective periods of some Items of this order according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2017 "About subsoil and subsurface use":

1) subitems 19) and 22) of Item 16 of the Provision of Republican public institution "The East Kazakhstan interregional department of geology of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Vostkaznedr are effective till January 1, 2024;

2) subitems 19) and 22) of Item 16 of the Provision of Republican public institution "The West Kazakhstan interregional department of geology of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Zapkaznedr are effective till January 1, 2024;

3) subitems 19) and 22) of Item 16 of the Provision of Republican public institution "The North Kazakhstan interregional department of geology of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Sevkaznedr are effective till January 1, 2024;

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "The East Kazakhstan interregional department of geology of Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Vostkaznedr (further – MD "Vostkaznedra") is the territorial authority of republican public institution "Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) performing functions in spheres of the state geological studying of subsoil, reproduction of mineral resources in the territory of the East Kazakhstan region".
