For the purpose of consecutive continuation of reforms in the field of the land relations begun according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2021 No. UP-6243 "About Measures for Ensuring Equality and Transparency in Land Relations, Reliable Protection of Land Rights and Their Transformation into Market Asset" and also complex legal regulation of processes of allocation of the parcels of land for power lines, communication networks, gazo-, oil, water and sewer pipes, rail lines, highways, channels, collector and drainage networks and other similar constructions (further - engineering and communication networks):

1. Approve "Road map" on enhancement of procedure for allocation of the parcels of land for engineering and communication networks (further - "Road map") according to appendix No. 1, including tasks in the following directions:

further development of institute of the right of limited use of others parcel of land (servitude);

enhancement of procedure for accounting and state inventory of engineering and communication networks;

enhancement of legal relationship in the field of use of the parcels of land allocated with the right of permanent use;

establishment of procedure for determination and use of the parcels of land necessary for engineering and communication networks.

Assign to deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, heads of the ministries, departments and the organizations the personal responsibility for timely and high-quality realization of each action determined by "Road map".

2. Before entry into force of the acts of the legislation determined by "Road map" to implement procedure for allocation of the parcels of land for engineering and communication networks according to which:
