1. Take into consideration that resolutions of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 2, 2022 No. 1901-IV and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 17, 2022 No. CK-503-IV "About change of borders of Chirakchinsky district of the Kashkadarya region and formation of Kukdalinsky district" are accepted and borders of Chirakchinsky district of the Kashkadarya region are changed.

2. Form khokimiyat of Kukdalinsky district as a part of the Kashkadarya region.

3. Approve the list of divisions of khokimiyat of Kukdalinsky district, state bodies and organizations of Kukdalinsky district of the Kashkadarya region, and also total extreme number of their established posts according to appendix No. 1.

4. Determine that the managerial personnel of the state bodies and organizations located in Kukdalinsky district of the Kashkadarya region is created within general established posts of the relevant ministries and departments.

5. To khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region:

a) in a month:

develop and approve the plan of the necessary complex organizational and technical actions connected with formation of Kukdalinsky district and organize its realization at the scheduled time;

together with Agency on management of the state assets, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of preschool education to place khokimiyat of Kukdalinsky district, and also other state bodies and the organizations on the basis of the right of free use in the empty part of the building of teacher training college in the territory of MSG "Kukdala" to building construction for them, and also to provide them with material means;

b) in two-month time:
