Based on part (2-1) articles 37 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for distribution of means of National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone for partial compensation of excises on the diesel fuel used by agricultural producers in 2022 it (is applied).

2. To allocate to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry through intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone 320 million lei for partial compensation of excises for the diesel fuel used by agricultural producers in 2022.

3. In case of not development of the financial resources provided for provision of compensations they will be used according to the Regulations on conditions, procedure and the procedure of provision of means of National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 455/2017.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
