For the purpose of accomplishment of Item 1 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 11/2022 I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of difference in the price of consumption of natural gas for not residential customers performing certain core activities according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Ministry of Economics.

1. This Provision establishes the mechanism of partial compensation of increase in regulated prices for supply of natural gas to not residential customers of natural gas performing the certain core activities provided in Item 1.10 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 11/2022.
2. Compensation of difference in the price for consumption of natural gas for not residential customers in connection with increase in regulated prices for natural gas is performed from January 1, 2022 till March 31, 2022.
