Conditions of provision of the state service

Provision of the state service is performed:

- indoors, answering to the established sanitary standards, with availability of places for expectation, toilets (in regions in case of impossibility of connection to the central plumbing and sanitary - outdoor), heating, water supply system, phone;

- in the presence of easy access of all citizens to the building and to sanitary and hygienic rooms (toilets, washing rooms), including availability of ramps and hand-rail for persons with limited opportunities of health;

- by the principle of queque.

Preferential categories of citizens, persons with limited opportunities of health are serviced out of turn.

For convenience of visitors in the place of provision of the state service the list of the documents and application forms necessary for acquisition of the state service is placed

Terms of provision of the state service

Documents acceptance from the applicant: up to 30 minutes.

Duration of provision of the state service: up to 10 days.

Issue of result of the state service: up to 30 minutes.

The state service is provided not more often than 1 time during 1 year

- the website of authorized state body in the field of work and assistance of employment;

- the booklets and brochures, stands which are available in territorial authorities;

- public reception of state body in the field of work and assistance of employment;

- by phone.

Communication with visitors

On doors of offices of authorized state body in the field of work and assistance of employment, its territorial authorities there are information plates with indication of their names.

The employees of territorial authorities conducting acceptance shall have the personified plates (badges) with indication of First name, middle initial, last name and positions.

Job descriptions (functional obligations) and the professional ethical standards which are not allowing the violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic providing the ethics, independence and objectivity in relation to citizens excluding conflict of interest shall be observed by workers.

With special needs on medical and social indications (persons with limited opportunities of health on hearing and sight, musculoskeletal system) communication and provision of service are made for persons in form, clear and available to them

Methods of ensuring confidentiality

Information on personal data of citizens in case of receipt of the state service is not subject to disclosure and cannot be traded on by workers and for transfer to the third parties.
