About approval of lists of objects of transport infrastructure on which examination, persons concerning whom examination, the substances and objects prohibited to bringing on objects of transport infrastructure is not made is made

According to Item 10 of article 24-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the list of objects of transport infrastructure on which examination according to appendix 1 to this order is made;

2) the list of persons concerning whom examination according to appendix 2 to this order is not made;

3) the list of the substances and objects prohibited to bringing on objects of transport infrastructure according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
