According to part two of article 222-1 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, Item 5 of Article 19, to Items 10, of 13, 16 parts one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", to Item 3 parts five of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About border control", to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To management of safety of frontier and migratory processes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Kovalevskaya I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
