About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2022 No. 252

1. Approve enclosed:
the list of legal entities to whom special economic measures are applied;
2. Establish prohibition on making of actions according to the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2022 No. 252 "About application of response special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations" with persons specified in the lists approved by this resolution, and also the organizations which are under their control (further - persons which are under sanctions).
3. Determine the following additional criteria of reference of transactions to transactions which making and obligation fulfillment on which are prohibited according to paragraphs second and third the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2022 to No. 252 "About application of response special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations":
the transactions made for benefit of persons which are under sanctions;
the transactions providing calling ports of the Russian Federation of the courts belonging and (or) affreighted by persons which are under sanctions in their interest or according to their order;
