About approval of Rules of designing of intraeconomic and intereconomic land management

According to subitem 4-3) of Item 1 of Article 14 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of designing of intraeconomic and intereconomic land management.

2. Recognize as the land resources which voided some orders of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the list according to appendix to this order.

3. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
