RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About application of special measures concerning separate services

For the purpose of ensuring protection of national interests and based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128

1. Determine that services in marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the states rendered by legal and (or) physical persons, included in the list of the foreign states making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons * in the territory of this state, are prohibited to import on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

* No. 209 "About the list of the foreign states making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons" is determined by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2022.

2. Action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to services in marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus if such excise stamps are realized before entry into force of this resolution.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.10.2025 No. 597

4. To the State Customs Committee together with the Ministry of Finance and another interested to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1-3 - in 10 days after official publication of this resolution;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
