Some questions of use of the means arriving into accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine by "UNITED24" which is applied.

2. Determine that:

from the special account for fund raising in support of Armed Forces of means are used for financing of the actions connected with repulse of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation Item 15-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 641 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of the strengthened anti-epidemic measures in the territory with considerable spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 63, the Art. 2029, No. 99, 3224) is not applied by the Art. in usage time of funds from the special account to fund raising in support of Armed Forces;

the state bodies specified in the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Procedure approved by this resolution can apply provisions of the paragraph of the ninth Item 3 of the specified Procedure to the current agreements signed before entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1070 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, the Art. 4838).
