About modification of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of June 18, 2020 No. 1158 and in appendices 1 and 8 to Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, part four item 4 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Make change to the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of June 18, 2020 No. 1158 "About approval of Rules of submission of the reporting to Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and recognition voided decisions of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 09, 2012 No. 4 and 5", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2020 for No. 831/35114, having replaced in the name of the decision the word "in" with the word "participants".

2. Bring in Appendices 1 and 8 to the Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of June 18, 2020 No. 1158, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2020 for No. 831/35114, the following changes:

1 word and figure to "appendix 6" to replace 1) in the text of appendix with the word and figure to "appendix 5";

Appendix 8 to be reworded as follows 2) which is applied.

3. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the subitem 1 of Item 2 of this decision which becomes effective since April 1, 2022, but not earlier than the day following behind day of official publication of this decision.

5. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits after its state registration.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director Bilay of Ampere-second.
