About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The resolution after item 4 to add 1) with new Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Ekvayra have the right not to provide to the user the document on transaction using electronic means of payment in case of use of electronic means of payment via the payment terminal of ekvayr.

Payment service providers shall provide implementation of clearing settlements with use of electronic means of payment and settle the matters of argument arising and/or connected with implementation of such transactions irrespective of document availability on transaction using electronic means of payment.";

2) the first offer of the subitem 4 of Item 12 to add with words and figures "(except the case determined in the subitem 9 of Item 14 of this resolution)";

"13-3. The National Bank of Ukraine till April 29, 2022 claims and publishes lists on the page of official Internet representative office of the National Bank of Ukraine:
