1. No. 39 "About settlement of activities of participants of the market of the non-bank financial services, non-bank financial groups, participants of the payment market, the collection companies and legal entities who obtained the license for provision to banks of services in collection" (with changes) after Item 20-1 to add the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 with ten new Items 20-2 - 20-11 following contents:

"20-2. The National Bank during action of warlike situation in Ukraine stops access for users to information from:

1) State register of financial institutions;

2) the register of faces which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services;

3) the register of persons which grants licenses for implementation of currency transactions;

4) register of the collection companies;
