1. Accept the offer of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center" (further – the NAO "NANOTs") about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of "Kazakh Research Veterinary Institute" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with the NAO "NANOTs" (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

To provide 2):

assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after execution of the actions specified in Item 2 of this resolution transfer of 100 (hundred) percent of the state share of partnership to payment of shares of joint-stock company "National holding "QazBioPharm".
