Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings, No. 719 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 80, Art. 2448; 2018, No. 76, Art. 2533; 2020, No. 57, Art. 1784, No. 71, Art. 2268):

1) in Item 2:

replace paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"are given ARMAGH in the form of personal estate for realization without the consent of the owner according to the decision of the investigative judge, court or in the presence of the notarized copy of consent of the owner to realization of such property;
