About measures for regulation of the relations in case of gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens and its financing I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens it (is applied).

2. Determine that financing:

2.1. designing and construction of gas pipelines from the place of accession to the operating street gas distribution pipeline to the disconnecting device on input to the apartment house (further - the gas pipeline input) and the intra brownie of gas supply system of the operated housing stock of citizens is made at the expense of means of citizens to which belong on the property right premises of the operated housing stock, including soft credits granted to citizens according to the procedure established by this Decree;

2.2. designings and constructions of new street gas distribution pipelines with gas pipelines inputs for gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens, except for housing stock of citizens in rural and other settlements population less than 20 thousand people, are performed in the amount of:

30 percent - at the expense of the means of the republican budget transferred to budgets of areas in the form of subventions to financing of expenses on construction of facilities of engineering and transport infrastructure for areas of the housing estate, and also means of local budgets on the basis of equal share participation, and for the city of Minsk - at the expense of means of the local budget if other sources of financing are not determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus;

70 percent - at the expense of means of citizens which possess on the property right premises of the specified housing stock, including with use of the soft credits granted to citizens according to the procedure, established by this Decree.
