According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Conclusion (the Allowing Document) for Import of Samples of the Unregistered Remedies of Plants (Pesticides) for Carrying Out Registration (Melkodelyanochny and Production) Testing and (or) Scientific Research according to Decisions of Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission".

2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
