About forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents

In the conditions of repulse of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and during conducting the corresponding fighting for the reasons connected with the highest state interests namely for the purpose of mobilization of financial resources of the state for ensuring independence and homeland security of Ukraine, elimination of the humanitarian crisis caused by war, eliminations/minimization of other effects of war including implementation of reparations, and also for refusal of the Russian Federation in access to economic resources which can be potentially used for warfare maintenance according to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents" the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved:

1. To compulsorily withdraw such objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents in Ukraine:

a) corporate laws:

in the amount of 99,772644 of percent of property of "Joint-stock Commercial Industrial Investment Bank" public joint stock company (code according to EGRPOU - 00039002, the location: 01001, Kiev, Ulitsa Malopodvalnaya, 8), belonging to the state corporation of development "VEB. Russian Federation" (location: The Russian Federation, 107996, Moscow, Prospekt Academician Sakharov, 9, registration number - 1077711000102);

in the amount of 100 percent of property of International Reserve Bank joint-stock company (code according to EGRPOU - 25959784, the location: 01601, Kiev, Ulitsa Vladimirskaya, 46), belonging to Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company (the location: Russian Federation, 117997, Moscow, Ulitsa Vavilova, 19, registration number 1027700132195);

b) financial assets (in the form of debt rights to claim) according to appendix:
