Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 "About approval of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 8, Art. 142; 2007, No. 75, the Art. 2791) and of December 3, 2008 No. 1081 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 96, Art. 3173; 2009, No. 40, Art. 1349, No. 57, Art. 1982, No. 94, Art. 3219; 2010, No. 55, Art. 1857; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2435, No. 70, Art. 2647; 2016, No. 16, Art. 636; 2017, No. 27, Art. 778; 2018, No. 25, the Art. 882) changes which are applied.

1. Add the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176, Item of 141 following contents:
"141. The agreement on the organization of transportation of passengers on bus routes public city, suburban and long-distance, not going beyond the area territory (or the authority for the move of passengers on interregional routes public) which effective period expires during action of warlike situation in Ukraine, is considered such which action is extended for the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within year from the date of its termination or cancellation.
