About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 326 and of March 26, 2022 No. 380
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 326 "About the approval of the Procedure for determination of damage and losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation" and of March 26, 2022 No. 380 "About collection, processing and accounting of information on the damaged and destroyed real estate as a result of fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions, the changes connected with military aggression of the Russian Federation" which are applied.
2. To provide to the ministry of infrastructure within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution creation and implementation in operation of the State register of the property damaged and destroyed as a result of the fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions connected with military aggression of the Russian Federation and to promulgate information on the beginning of use of such Register.
3. This resolution becomes effective in 21 calendar days from the date of its publication, except Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
