About exit of Ukraine from Decisions on creation and activities of the Anti-terrorist center of the states - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Leave the Decision on creation of the Anti-terrorist center of the states - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed on June 21, 2000 in Moscow and the Decision on the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed on December 1, 2000 in Minsk, ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on October 4, 2001 (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 38).
2. Leave the Decision on modification and amendments in Regulations on the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed on November 28, 2006 in Minsk, ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 6, 2008 (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008 No. 15, the Art. 116).
3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
