About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, Art. 12; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of February 23, 2022 No. 2099-IX of March 3, 2022 No. 2118-IX, of March 15, 2022 No. 2120-IX and No. 2135-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "1.593.495.680,8" and "1.372.382.556,6" to replace respectively with figures "1.793.495.680,8" and "1.572.382.556,6";

in paragraph six of figure "256.363.385,3" and "160.259.208" to replace respectively with figures "456.363.385,3" and "360.259.208".

2. In article 5 of figure "2.792.890.540,9" to replace with figures "2.992.890.540,9".

3. Make changes to Appendices No. 2 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Determine that the money provided by this Law regarding increase in expenses of the government budget for 2022 according to the budget program "Reserve fund" (code 3511030) also defenses, financial support of internally displaced persons go only for implementation of actions for safety.
