About modification of Rules of selection of the organizations included in industry lists of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy, applying for provision in 2022 of measures of the state support

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In the text of Rules of selection of the organizations included in industry lists of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy applying for provision in 2022 of the measures of the state support approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 10, 2020 No. 651 "About measures of support of the systemically important organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 20, Art. 3175; The Official Internet portal of legal information (www.pravo.gov.ru), 2022, on March 7, No. 0001202203070003), the words "Government Commission on Increase in Stability of Development of the Russian Economy" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "the subcommittee on increase in stability of the financial sector and separate industries of economy of Government commission on increase in stability of the Russian economy in the conditions of sanctions" in the corresponding case.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
