About modification of No. 41 of April 20, 2022 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for compensation of difference in the price of consumption of natural gas for not residential customers performing certain core activities
Based on provisions of item 5 - 7 Orders of the commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 18/2022 ORDER:
1. In the price of the consumption of natural gas for not residential customers performing certain core activities approved in appendix to the Order No. 41 of April 20, 2022 to make the following changes and additions to Regulations on procedure for compensation of difference:
The text "on April 26, 2022" to replace 1) in Item 10 with the text "on May 13, 2022";
Item 12 to add 2) with the following subitems:
"q) C1072 - Production of bakery and flour products;
r) C1082 - Production of other food;
s) C1721 - Production of products from paper and cardboard.";
Item 13 to state 3) in the following edition:
"13. After the submission due date of statements specified in Item 10, to GU the Center of information technologies in finance within 1 working day sends collected information to the Ministry of Economics e-mail to the address: compensatiegaz@me.gov.md, in two stages as follows:
- the first stage - information collected till April 26, 2022, inclusive;
- the second stage - information collected till May 13, 2022, inclusive.".
2. In item 3 of the Order No. 41 of April 20, 2022 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for compensation of difference in the price of consumption of natural gas for not residential customers performing certain core activities, the text of "heads of signatory bodies" to replace with the text "Ministry of Economics".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
