About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 160

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 160 "About cases of filling of the declaration of customs value, approval of forms of the declaration of customs value and the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2023.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 160
1. Third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

3. According to the procedure of filling of the declaration of customs value, approved by the specified Decision:

in the paragraph the second "the Sections "and" and "b" in fields" shall be replaced with words words "the Sections "and" - "in" in fields";

c) in Item 27:
in the offer the second paragraph two of the word "Additional Data" shall be replaced with words "Additional data";
in the offer the second the paragraph of the third word "Additional Data" shall be replaced with words "Additional data";
d) Item 39 in paragraph one to replace the word "data" with the word "data";
e) Item 54 in paragraph one to replace the word "data" with the word "data".
