About provision of discounts from the created training cost to students and pupils
Based on Item 2 of article 25 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of discounts from the created training cost to students and pupils and the sizes of these discounts it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. Are regulated by this Provision procedure for provision of discounts from the created training cost (further - discounts) in public institutions of education to the students and pupils getting secondary vocational education (further - students and pupils), and the sizes of these discounts irrespective of subordination of data of organizations.
2. Discounts are provided to the students and pupils specified in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2006 to No. 126 "About receipt of the higher and secondary vocational education on paid basis" (further - the Decree).
3. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are applied:
3.1. educational activities are the activities of students and pupils directed to satisfaction of cognitive requirements, connected with the aspiration to have different knowledge, skills and abilities to carry out research work in these or those life situations with the expressed desire;
