For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements" of May 27, 2021 No. 330-VIQD and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements" of January 29, 2002 No. 668, the "Provision on the single Internet portal of public procurements" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 16, 2019 from No. 647" of June 22, 2021 the No. 1376 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

1. Approve "The size, payment procedure and uses of fee for participation in procurement which are carried out by means of electronic procurement using method of open tender or request for quotation" (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this resolution.
