Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of March 13, 2017 No. 120 "About approval of the Regulations on State Research Institute of laboratory diagnostics and veterinary and sanitary examination and Regulations on the state laboratories of Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 7, 2017 for No. 466/30334.
2. To provide to management of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
