About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252

Based on Item 9 and part two of Item 15 of the Regulations on the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on attraction of the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for filling of the form of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

1-1. Establish form of the form of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that production in 2006 of forms of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus performs the Ministry of Finance at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided to it on the other expenses which are not carried to other subsections.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 18, 2006.
