Some questions of carrying out verification of assembly records of civil status

According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:

1. Determine that:

assembly record of civil status which data correspond to the Algorithm of the automated verification of data of assembly records of civil status (further - the Algorithm) which is applied, is considered the checked (verified) system about what it by the automated method is given the status "is verified by system";

assembly record of civil status which data do not correspond to the Algorithm is considered not checked (not verified) system about what it by the automated method is given the status "is not verified by system";

assembly record of civil status on which the qualified digital signature of the official of department of state registration of acts of civil status is imposed is considered checked (verified) by the registrar about what it during its signing by the automated method is given the status "is verified";

imposing of the qualified digital signature of the official of department of state registration of acts of civil status when entering assembly records of civil status into the State register of acts of civil status of citizens (further - the register), modification of assembly records of civil status which contain in it is obligatory with the corresponding technical capability in the register.

2. In six-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to provide to the administrator Reestra:
