In pursuance of paragraph two of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2021 "About change of the laws on the tax matters" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 141-Z
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2017 No. 516 "About control procedure in the field of declaring by physical persons of the income and property upon the demand of tax authorities";
subitem 1.48 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2020 No. 391 "About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus".
3. Within ten calendar days from the date of entry into force of this Item:
authorized organizations, loan recipients represent to tax authorities in the place of their registration the copy of the act of preservation of vehicles approved in 2022 before entry into force of this Item;
non-state legal entities (including leasing recipients of vehicles) notify tax authorities in the place of their registration on acceptance in 2022 before entry into force of this decision item about preservation of vehicles.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for Items 1, of 2, of paragraphs of the first or ninth, twelfth – the twenty fourth Item 3, of Item 5 of appendix, becoming effective since January 1, 2023.
