About provision of the state and municipal services to the population of Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of Batken Province" and article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services", and also with articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the list of the state services rendered on free or preferential basis by state bodies to the population of Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in appendix to this resolution:

- be guided by the list of the state services approved by Item 1 of this resolution since March 15, 2022;

- till March 15, 2022 to bring the corresponding changes approved with territorial subdivisions of the state antimonopoly authority in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic in the approved rates (prices) of paid services (works) rendered by structural divisions and subordinated organizations to the population of Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic taking into account free or preferential provision of the state services;

- till March 5, 2022 to make in accordance with the established procedure corresponding changes to the standards of the state services concerning provision of the state services on preferential basis by territorial subdivisions of state bodies in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the list of the necessary documents certifying registration at the place of residence of the consumer of the state service in Batken Province of the Kyrgyz Republic, data on procedure for forming (change) for cost of paid state services and on the body approving the cost of services;
