About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2021 No. 1342

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2021 No. 1342 "About the Single state information system of social security" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 35, Art. 6282; No. 50, Art. 8546).

2. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the assignments of the federal budget and budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation provided to federal executive bodies and Fund for the corresponding financial year and planning period.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About introduction of amendments to article 16 of the Federal law "About the Individual (Personified) Accounting in System of Mandatory Pension Insurance" and article 6.11 of the Federal law "About the Government Public Assistance", except for separate provisions for which other procedure for entry into force is established.

4. Determine that the Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
