Based on article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, parts (1) article 16 of the Law No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, parts (3) and (4) article 13 of the Law No. 149/2006 on fish fund, fishery and fish breeding (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 126-130, 597), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Found the Information system "e-Pescuit".

2. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Information system "e-Pescuit", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations of the Information resource created by the Information system "e-Pescuit" according to appendix No. 2.

3. To provide to the ministry of the environment implementation, functioning and development of the Information system "e-Pescuit" through the Agency of the environment.

4. To provide creation and implementation of the Concept of the information system "e-Pescuit" for the account and within the assignments approved on these purposes in the budget of the central body of public management in the field of the environment.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of the environment.
