About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2019 No. 517
Based on part two of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 2019 "About construction regulations and rules" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2022 No. 80 "About construction of facilities on the projects recommended for repeated application" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 217
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2019 No. 517 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 2019 No. 217" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations on the Interdepartmental council concerning architecture, town planning and construction approved by this resolution:
the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:
"The main objectives of Council are:
approval of projects of construction regulations, construction rules, and also the changes made to them;
approval of inclusion in republican fund of the project documentation of the standard projects and projects recommended for repeated application.";
item 4 in paragraph five to replace the word "approvals" with the word "decisions";
in part two of Item 7 of the word", and also the changes made to them" shall be replaced with words "(the changes made to them), and also about approval (nonagreement) of inclusion in republican fund of the project documentation of the standard projects and projects recommended for repeated application";
to add Item 10 after part one with part of the following content:
