About the international aid provided to the Republic of Moldova by Romania

Based on Item e) parts (1) Article 3 and part (3) article 8 of the Law No. 104/2020 on the state and mobilization reserves (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 178-179, 332), Item g) Article 19 and Item and) parts (1) article 36 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Take into consideration the international aid provided on a grant basis to the Republic of Moldova by Romania by means of the Resolution of National committee on emergency situations No. 14/2022 on provision on a grant basis of international aid to the Republic of Moldova in the form of fuel and fuel oil according to appendix No. 1.

2. To general inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide gasoline and diesel fuel in the quantities provided in appendix No. 1, with accomplishment of customs procedures, their transfer and subsequent distribution to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defence according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the agency of material reserves of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide fuel oil in the quantity provided in appendix No. 1.

4. Transfer the amount of fuel oil provided in appendix No. 1, to the Agency of material reserves for replenishment of the state reserves.

5. To the agency of material reserves to ship the amount of fuel oil provided in appendix No. 1, to the state reserves and to provide its warehousing, storage and accounting.
