Part the fourth Item 3 of the Regulations on the Commission on assignment of classes to the members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus performing the powers on professional basis and government employees of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic of the National assembly of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Resolution of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of October 2, 2012 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.10. 2012, 4/7245) to state in the following edition:
"The deputy chief of the Secretariat - the chief of Head department of the legislation and the state construction of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus is appointed the vice-chairman of the Commission on assignment of classes by the government employee (further - the deputy chief of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic).".
