1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with aluminum production, lead, zinc, tin, copper and casting of finished products and semifinished products from aluminum and heavy non-ferrous metals;
Regulations on licensing of activities for procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2003.
