About modification and amendments in orders of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2018 No. 259 "About approval of Rules of registration of persons who are looking for work, the unemployed and implementation of the labor mediation rendered by jobcenters of the population" and of March 25, 2021 to No. 84 "About some questions of rendering the state services in the social and labor sphere"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2018 No. 259 "About approval of Rules of registration of persons who are looking for work, the unemployed and implementation of the labor mediation rendered by jobcenters of the population" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts behind number No. 17199) the following changes:

in Rules of registration of persons who are looking for work, the unemployed and the implementation of the labor mediation rendered by jobcenters of the population, approved by the specified order:

4) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) unified information system of the social and labor sphere (further – AIS "Labor market") – the hardware and software intended for automation of activities of authorized body concerning employment of the population, local authorities of employment of the population, jobcenters of the population and interdepartmental interaction for the purpose of provision of the state services to the population in the social and labor sphere.";

be reworded as follows appendix 1 according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. In the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 25, 2021 No. 84 "About some questions of rendering the state services in the social and labor sphere" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 22394):

6) Rules of rendering the state service "Payment of Difference between the Amount of Actually Brought Compulsory Pension Contributions, Compulsory Professional Pension Contributions taking into account the Rate of Inflation and the Amount of Pension Accruals" according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) Rules of rendering the state service "Implementation of Retirement Benefits from the Pension Accruals Created at the expense of Compulsory Pension Contributions, Compulsory Professional Pension Contributions from the Single Accumulation Pension Fund" according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of Information on Receipt and Movement of Means of the Investor of the Single Accumulation Pension Fund" according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Directions on Participation in Active Measures of Assistance of Employment" according to appendix 8-1 to this order.";

3. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provision of information on the made changes and additions in procedure for rendering the state services in Single contact center after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Birzhanov E. E.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
