About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Suspend parts one, the third and fourth subitem 1. 1, the paragraph of third subitem 1.2 and subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 "About movement of goods for private use".
2. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 the following changes:
parts the first, third and fourth subitem 1.1 and subitem 1.15 to exclude;
in subitem 1.7:
in paragraph three to replace the word "soyuza3" with the word "the union *";
in the interlinear note to this subitem of the word "3 Except for" shall be replaced with words "* Except for".
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in four-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - after official publication of this Decree is also effective till July 24, 2022;
Item 2 - since July 25, 2022;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
