About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) to add Item 14 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 with the new subitem of the following content:
"19) transactions on payment of insurance payments (the insurance premiums, insurance premiums) under the agreements of reinsurance signed with non-resident reinsurers which provide indemnification connected with operation, recovery, damage, destruction and/or inventory loss of telecommunication networks and telecommunication infrastructure in the territory of Ukraine including those which are caused owing to war.".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
